Peran Pemahaman tentang Hakikat Ciptaan Manusia dalam Membentuk Karakter Siswa di Era Digital

The development of the digital era has had a significant impact on the character formation of students, particularly in moral and behavioral aspects. Easy access to broad information is not always accompanied by an understanding of fundamental life values, potentially leading to deviant attitudes and behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of understanding the nature of human creation in shaping the character of students in the digital era. The method used was a qualitative approach with a literature study, which examined various relevant sources related to the concept of human nature and character education. The results of the study indicate that understanding the purpose of human creation plays a crucial role as a foundation for developing character that is moral, responsible, and possesses a high moral awareness. This understanding helps students control themselves, distinguish between good and bad, and filter out the negative influences of digital technological developments. Furthermore, the integration of spiritual and moral values into the educational process has been shown to strengthen the balance between students' intellectual and emotional intelligence.
Abstrak
Perkembangan era digital membawa pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik, khususnya dalam aspek moral dan perilaku. Kemudahan akses informasi yang luas tidak selalu diimbangi dengan pemahaman nilai-nilai kehidupan yang mendasar, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan penyimpangan sikap dan perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemahaman hakikat penciptaan manusia dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi literatur, yang mengkaji berbagai sumber relevan terkait konsep hakikat manusia dan pendidikan karakter. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap tujuan penciptaan manusia memiliki peran penting sebagai landasan dalam membentuk karakter yang berakhlak, bertanggung jawab, serta memiliki kesadaran moral yang tinggi. Pemahaman ini membantu peserta didik dalam mengendalikan diri, membedakan antara yang baik dan buruk, serta menyaring pengaruh negatif dari perkembangan teknologi digital. Selain itu, integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dan moral dalam proses pendidikan terbukti mampu memperkuat keseimbangan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan emosional peserta didik.
